Yes, tickets must be purchased in advance on our website, as our team needs to prepare the necessary equipment. If you decide to join a group but tickets are no longer available online, please contact us at WhatsApp, and we’ll find a convenient solution for you.
We conduct walks even in bad weather. We’ll provide you with a raincoat and ensure you have a memorable experience. Just relax and enjoy! In case of cancellation, we will notify you in advance.
Our immersive tours are suitable for everyone, including children! Kids handle the pace of the performance well and have a lot of fun. Please note the age restrictions for each walk when purchasing tickets.
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes (sneakers are the best option), keep your hands free, and come in a cheerful and energetic mood!
You can reschedule your ticket for another date or time without any issues. Simply call or message us on WhatsApp no later than 24 hours before the event. Refunds are possible up to 72 hours before the event, minus the ticket operator’s commission.
